Kirk Realty is located in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes Region, home of the Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trails. The wineries in the Finger Lakes are superior and win a lot of medals of distinction for their wines. The Finger Lakes is located between Rochester, Syracuse, and Ithaca, New York. Seneca and Cayuga lakes are noted for their great fishing, boating and just plain fun! We at Kirk Realty believe there is no place more beautiful than the Finger Lakes.

Waterloo is known as "The Birthplace of Memorial Day" and celebrates the entire Memorial Day weekend honoring our service men and women, past and present, who have served our country to protect our freedom. The weekend is called "Celebrate/Commemorate" and there are special events all weekend. Waterloo also features "Waterloo in Bloom" and the "Real Christmas."

Kirk Realty is the only Real Estate office offering the Flat Fee Service. By that, we mean that we charge a flat fee on residential listings depending on the listing price. The fee always remains the same and the seller saves a good deal of money as opposed to paying a 6% or 7% commission. Kirk Realty has several sales agents, two of whom are Broker/Associates with many designations. Our agents are constantly attending educational seminars to keep abreast of the current market so they can best serve their sellers and buyers. I, Pam Kirk, as the broker/owner of Kirk Realty have been in the Real Estate business since 1985, first as an agent for several years and now as a Broker. In between 1985 and now, I worked as a paralegal in my husband's law office so I am very familiar with the ins and outs of buying and selling real estate. I can give the sellers and buyers a pretty accurate figure on closing costs and just what to expect from beginning to end of a real estate transaction.
